Common use of Chairman Clause in Contracts

Chairman. Some individual (who need not be a Subscription Receiptholder) designated in writing by the Subscription Receipt Agent will be chairman of the meeting or, if no individual is so designated or the individual so designated is not present within 15 minutes after the time fixed for the holding of the meeting, the Subscription Receiptholders present in person or by proxy may choose some individual present to be chairman.
