Common use of Chair Pro-Tem Clause in Contracts

Chair Pro-Tem. In the event of the absence of the Chair and the Vice-Chair, or in the event of their inability or refusal to act, the remaining members of the Board of Directors shall elect from among themselves a Chair Pro-Tem who shall perform the duties of Chair.

Chair Pro-Tem. In the event of the absence of the Chair and the Vice-Chair, Vice Chair or in the event of their inability or refusal to act, the remaining members of the Board of Directors Operations Committees shall elect from among themselves a Chair Pro-Tem who shall perform the duties of the Chair.
