Common use of CFO Certificate Clause in Contracts

CFO Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, addressed to the Underwriters, of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 6(f) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

CFO Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, addressed to the Underwriters, of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company Company, confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 6(f5(j) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

CFO Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, addressed to the Underwriters, of the Chief Financial Officer chief financial officer of the Company confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time Date pursuant to Section 6(f5(h) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

CFO Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, addressed to the Underwriters, of the Chief Financial Officer or Chief Accounting Officer of the Company confirming that the certificate delivered by the Company at the Closing Time time of execution of this Agreement pursuant to Section 6(f5(d) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

CFO Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, addressed to the Underwriters, of the Chief Financial Officer of each of the Company GC Aesthetics and GCAL confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 6(f5(g) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

CFO Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, addressed to the Underwriters, of the Chief Financial Officer chief financial officer of the Company and confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 6(f5(m) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

CFO Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, addressed to the Underwriters, of the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 6(f5(f) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

CFO Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, addressed to the Underwriters, of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 6(f5(f) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, addressed to the Underwriters, of the Chief Financial Officer chief financial officer of the Company confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 6(f5(e) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, addressed to the Underwriters, of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Holdings confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 6(f6(e) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

CFO Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, addressed to the Underwriters, of the its Chief Financial Officer of the Company confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 6(f5(i) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.
