CESSION IN SECURITY. 12.1 As security for its obligations to the Finance Parties under the Finance Documents, each Obligor hereby cedes in securitatem debiti to the Finance Parties its right, title and interest in and to the Loan Claims (the “Security Cession”).
CESSION IN SECURITY. As security for any present or future debt or debts that the Intermediary may owe Oakhurst, the Intermediary hereby cedes to Oakhurst which Oakhurst accepts in security all right and title to any monies that the Intermediary may be entitled to in terms of this agreement.

As security for your Obligations, whether actual, prospective or contingent, direct or indirect, whether a claim to payment of money or to the performance of any other Obligation, whether or not the said Obligations were within the contemplation of the Parties at the Start Date, you hereby pledge and cede in securitatem debiti (as security for your Obligations), to and in favour of Airvantage, all Your rights, title and interest in and to any proceeds standing to the credit of any of the your M-PESA Accounts and any other of your bank accounts and/or cash or near cash instruments held by you.

A cession in security is where the Agent, as the debtor of Shop2Shop transfers to Shop2Shop, as the Agent’s creditor, certain rights, such has the right to the any monies which may be due to it, including the rights to any security held by the Agent in respect of such claims and all of its rights, title and interest in and to any movable corporeal property, including stock, bank accounts, to secure the repayment of a debt.
