Certified Supervisor Sample Clauses

The Certified Supervisor clause establishes the requirement that certain work or activities must be overseen by an individual who holds a recognized certification or qualification. In practice, this means that only supervisors who have met specific training or credentialing standards are permitted to supervise designated tasks, such as construction, safety procedures, or technical operations.
