Consultant and its subcontractor(s) shall keep accurate certified payroll records of workers as to services rendered within the State of California and shall electronically submit certified payroll records directly to the Department of Industrial Relations weekly or within ten (10) days of any request by the District or the Department of Industrial Relations.
