Certified Payroll Records. The records required in California Labor Code section 1776 shall be required to be kept and submitted to City, but will not be required to be submitted online with the DIR directly. Manager will need to keep these records for at least three (3) years following the completion of the subject work. (California Labor Code section 1771.4).
