Certification Stipend. Each school year and regular part-time employee who shows proof of being certified or earns at least 10 CEUs per school year will be compensated with a $50 stipend. This stipend will be paid the last pay of the fiscal school year. It is the Food Service employee’s responsibility to provide proof of successful completion of the 10 CEUs by May 1 of each year. The Food Service Director will verify certificates and submit to payroll for payment. Managers need to meet certification requirements per state law.
