Certification Services. The Independent Certifier shall: monitor the progress of the Works in order to assess whether the Works are being undertaken in accordance with the Project Documents; audit and monitor the commissioning of the Works and obtain copies of records of the commissioning and test data; certify that the Project Assets have been supplied and fitted in accordance with Schedule 2 of the PPP Agreement;
