DELIVERY SLIPS, METER PRINTED DELIVERY RECEIPT OR A COPY OF THE CONTRACTOR'S SUPPLIER'S STATEMENT OF DELIVERY SHALL BE SIGNED BY AN EMPLOYEE AT THE TIME OF THE DELIVERY.
