Certification of Non segregated Facilities (if this contract is $10,000 or more) Contractor certifies that it does not maintain or provide for its employees any segregated facilities at any of its establishments, and that it does not permit its employees to perform their services at any location under its control, where segregated facilities are maintained. Contractor agrees to abide by and comply with the provisions as required by 41 CFR 60-1.8(a)(b).

FOREIGN STATUS Each Limited Partner or transferee of an Interest or a portion of an Interest from a Limited Partner who or that is admitted to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement will certify, upon admission to the Partnership and at any other time as the General Partner may request, whether the Limited Partner or transferee is a “United States Person” within the meaning of the Code on forms to be provided by the Partnership, and will notify the Partnership within 30 days of any change in the status of the Limited Partner or transferee. As used in this certification, "segregated facilities" mean any waiting rooms, work areas, rest rooms and washrooms, restaurants, and other eating areas, time clocks, locker rooms and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation, and housing facilities which are segregated by explicit directive or are in fact segregated on the basis of race, creed, color, or national origin, because of habit, local custom, or otherwise. The contractor further agrees that (except where it has obtained identical certifications from proposed subcontractors for specific time periods) it will obtain identical certifications from proposed subcontractors prior to the award of subcontracts exceeding $510,000 which are not exempt from the provisions of the Equal Opportunity Clause; that it will retain such certifications in its files; and that it forward the following nod cc to such proposed subcontractors (except where the proposed subcontractors have submitted identical certifications for specific time periods).
