In the event Concessionaire is not notified that an insurer intends to terminate or not renew a policy or reduce coverage below requirements of this Lease, Concessionaire shall arrange acceptable alternate coverage to comply with said requirements and cause replacement coverage data to be obtained. In addition, Concessionaire shall cause its agent, broker or insurer to enter a cancellation date into the Board's designated automated insurance reporting system, as soon as the effective date is known to the agency, brokerage, or insurer (if insurer enters data). No policy submitted shall be subject to limitations, conditions or restrictions that are inconsistent with the intent of the Insurance requirements of this Lease. Approval, disapproval or failure to act by the Board regarding any insurance obtained by Concessionaire shall not relieve Concessionaire of responsibility or liability for damages and accidents as set forth herein, nor shall the bankruptcy, insolvency or denial of liability by the insurance company exonerate Concessionaire from liability. In addition to the Certificate of the Board reserves the right to request from Concessionaire, Contractors or Subcontractors directly or indirectly employed by Concessionaire copies of insurance coverage endorsements or exclusions as requested herein either by attachment to a COI or by individual submission. Prior to the commencement of any work or service as provided for in each Statement of Work, GlassHouse shall furnish to Dell insurance certificates on standard Xxxxx form, endorsements, or evidence of coverage signed by authorized representatives of the companies providing the coverage required under the terms of this MRA. All policies providing coverage shall contain provisions that no cancellation, non-renewal or material changes in the policy shall become effective, except on thirty (30) days written notice thereof to Dell. Upon request and without expense, GlassHouse shall furnish Dell with certified copies of said insurance policies signed by authorized representatives of the insurance companies providing the coverage as required in each Statement of Work.

Liability Certificates are to list Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga Fall Home Show October 29, 30 & 31, 2021 at the Chattanooga Convention Center in Chattanooga, TN. The Chattanooga Convention Center and the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga named as additionally insured.

No special payment, except when separate line item is provided, shall be made by the Board for any insurance that the Contractor may be required to carry; all are included in the Contract amount and the Contract unit prices. Before any Work is performed under this Purchase Order, written proof of compliance with the requirements of this Article shall be furnished to Purchaser on a certificate furnished by Purchaser with insurers satisfactory to Purchaser and executed by an authorized representative of Supplier's insurer, which certificate shall, to the extent allowed by law, provide for at least thirty (30) days written notice received by Purchaser prior to the cancellation or modification of any insurance referred to therein. In addition, Supplier shall, maintain the same types of insurance at the same policy limits which are specified by Purchasers’ Contract with the Client, or which Purchaser actually performs for this Project, whichever is greater. Purchaser may also at any time call for and Supplier shall promptly furnish true and exact copies of all policies of insurance affording the coverage required herein and any endorsements or changes thereto.
