Certification Increase. 1. An employee shall receive a certification pay increase for an intermediate DPSST certificate and an overall satisfactory performance evaluation, or an advanced DPSST certificate and an overall satisfactory performance evaluation. The payment for such increase shall commence on the first full month following the date of the certification issuance.
