Common use of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Certificates. The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into Combinable Classes having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement for the Related REMIC Classes and RCR Classes having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified or determined as described in the Schedule and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

Certificates. The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into Combinable Classes having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement for the Related REMIC Classes Classes, and RCR Classes having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified or determined as described in the Schedule and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

Certificates. The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into Combinable (i) Exchange Classes having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement Underlying Trust Agreement for the Related REMIC Classes and RCR (ii) the Exchangeable Classes having the designationsdesignation, Initial Authorized DenominationsDenomination, Interest Rates Rate and Final Distribution Dates Date specified or determined as described in the Schedule Schedule, and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

Certificates. The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into Combinable Classes having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement for the Related REMIC Classes and one RCR Classes Class having the designationsdesignation, Initial Authorized DenominationsDenomination, Interest Rates Rate and Final Distribution Dates Date specified or determined as described in the Schedule and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.
