Certificates conclusive. Any certificate or determination of any Finance Party as to any rate of interest or commission or any amount payable under this Agreement shall be prima facie evidence of such amount and binding on the Obligors and (in the case of a certificate or determination by the Agent) on the other Finance Parties.
