Certificates and Instructions. The Project Co shall provide the Trust with copies of all certificates and instructions issued under the Building Contract, including all interim and final certificates, and instructions regarding changes to the Trust's Requirements. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Project Co shall, during the Design and Construct Phase, supply to the Trust a monthly progress Report in relation to the Works.
