Common use of Certificate Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Certificate Paying Agent. (a) The Certificate Paying Agent shall make distributions to Certificateholders from the Certificate Distribution Account on behalf of the Trust in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, including Section 5.01 hereof from payments remitted to the Certificate Paying Agent by the Securities Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05 of the Indenture. The Trust hereby appoints Wxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. as Certificate Paying Agent and Wxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. hereby accepts such appointment and further agrees that it will be bound by the provisions of this Trust Agreement relating to the Certificate Paying Agent and shall:

The Trust Issuing Entity hereby appoints Wxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. the Indenture Trustee as the Certificate Paying Agent and Wxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. the Indenture Trustee hereby accepts such appointment and further agrees that it will be bound by the provisions of this Trust Agreement relating to the Certificate Paying Agent and shall:
