Common use of Certificate Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Certificate Paying Agent. (a) The Owner Trustee may appoint, and hereby appoints, the Trust Administrator as Certificate Paying Agent under this Agreement. The Certificate Paying Agent shall make distributions to each Certificateholder from the Collection Account pursuant to Section 4.02 hereof and Sections 5.08 and 6.02 of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement and, upon request, shall report the amounts of such distributions to the Owner Trustee. The Certificate Paying Agent shall have the revocable power to withdraw funds from the Collection Account for the purpose of making the distributions referred to above. The Trust Administrator hereby accepts such appointment and further agrees that it will be bound by the provisions of this Agreement and the Transfer and Servicing Agreement relating to the Certificate Paying Agent and shall:

The Trust hereby appoints the Indenture Trustee as Certificate Paying Agent shall have and the revocable power to withdraw funds from the Collection Account for the purpose of making the distributions referred to above. The Trust Administrator Indenture Trustee hereby accepts such appointment and further agrees that it will be bound by the provisions of this Agreement and the Transfer and Servicing Trust Agreement relating to the Certificate Paying Agent and shall:

The Certificate Paying Agent shall make distributions to each Certificateholder the Holders from the Collection Certificate Account pursuant to Section 4.02 hereof and Sections 5.08 and 6.02 Section 5.03 of the Transfer Sale and Servicing Agreement and, upon request, shall report the amounts of such distributions to the Owner Trustee. The Certificate Paying Agent shall have the revocable power to withdraw funds from the Collection Certificate Account for the purpose of making the distributions referred to above. The Trust Administrator Certificate Registrar hereby accepts such appointment and further agrees that it will be bound by the provisions of this Agreement and the Transfer Sale and Servicing Agreement relating to the Certificate Paying Agent and shall:
