Common use of Certificate of Buyer Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Buyer. At the Closing, Buyer shall have delivered to Seller a Certificate signed by the President or a Vice President of Buyer, and attested to by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of Buyer, and dated the Closing Date, to the effect that to the best of the knowledge of such officers the conditions specified in Section 6.2(a), (b) and (c) have been fulfilled.

Certificate of Buyer. At the Closing, Buyer shall have delivered to Seller a Certificate signed by the President or a Vice President of Buyer, chief executive officer and attested to by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary chief financial officer of Buyer, and dated the Closing Date, to the effect that to the best of the knowledge of such officers the conditions specified in Section 6.2(a7.2(c), (bd) and (ce) have been fulfilled.

Certificate of Buyer. At the Closing, Buyer shall have delivered to Seller a Certificate signed by the President or a Vice President of Buyer, and attested to by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of Buyer, and certificate dated the Closing DateDate and executed by an officer of Buyer, to the effect that to the best of the knowledge of such officers the conditions specified in Section 6.2(a), (bSections 5.2(b) and (c) have been fulfilled.

Certificate of Buyer. At On the ClosingClosing Date, the Buyer shall have delivered to Seller the Sellers a Certificate signed certificate, duly executed by the President or a Vice President an executive officer of Buyer, and attested to by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of Buyer, and dated the Closing Date, as to the effect that to the best fulfillment of the knowledge of such officers the conditions specified set forth in Section 6.2(a), (b) Sections 8.1 and (c) have been fulfilled8.2 hereof.
