developing criteria for debt and equity financing that is specifically tailored to the Company\u2019s investment objectives and (2) advising the Company and its subsidiaries with respect to obtaining appropriate financing for its investments;\nv. subject to Section 2(a), providing the Company with a management team, including a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer or similar positions, along with appropriate support personnel to provide the management services to be provided by the Manager to the Company hereunder, who shall devote such of their time to the management of the Company as necessary and appropriate, commensurate with the level of activity of the Company from time to time;\nvi. advising the Company with respect to any equity incentive assistance available to each of the Company\u2019s portfolio companies, as required by the 1940 Act;\nxvi. furnishing reports and statistical and economic research to the Company regarding the
