CERTAIN RIGHTS OF TRUSTEES AND OFFICERS. The Trustees shall have no responsibility to devote their full time to the affairs of the Trust. Any Trustee or officer of the Trust, in his or her personal capacity or in a capacity as an affiliate, employee, or agent of any other person, or otherwise, may have business interests and engage in business activities similar to, in addition to or in competition with those of or relating to the Trust.
