Common use of Certain Property and Information Clause in Contracts

Certain Property and Information. Upon termination of the Employment, Executive will deliver to the Company any and all property owned or leased by the Company or any Affiliate and any and all materials and information (in whatever form) relating to the business of the Company or any Affiliate, including without limitation all customer lists and information, financial information, business notes, business plans, documents, keys, credit cards, phones, computers and other Company-provided equipment. All Company property will be returned promptly and in the condition it was received except for normal wear.

Certain Property and Information. Upon termination of Executive’s employment, except as required in connection with Executive’s continued service as a member of the EmploymentBoard, Executive will deliver to the Company any and all property owned or leased by the Company or any Affiliate and any and all materials and information (in whatever form) relating to the business of the Company or any Affiliate, including without limitation all customer lists and information, financial information, business notes, business plans, documents, keys, credit cards, phones, computers cards and other Company-provided equipment.
