Certain Other Fees. Borrower shall be obligated to pay to CoBank, individually, fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the letter agreement dated March 17, 2010, between Borrower and CoBank.
Certain Other Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Lender all other fees payable by any Obligor to the Lender in the amounts and on the dates previously agreed to pursuant to the Acquisition Documentation.

Borrower has paid the fees specified in that certain letter, dated September 7, 2001, in connection with the Prior Credit Agreement and the fees specified in that certain letter, dated April 8, 2002, in connection with the Current Credit Agreement, and shall pay the fees specified in that certain letter, dated December 23, 2003, among Borrower and Co-Lead Arrangers, on the terms, in the amounts and at the times set forth therein.
Certain Other Fees. Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent the fees specified in that certain letter agreement, dated February 6, 2008, from Administrative Agent to Borrower, in such amounts and at such times as specified in such letter agreement.
Certain Other Fees. Borrower shall pay to CoBank the fees specified in that certain letter agreement, dated April 5, 2006, from CoBank to Borrower, in such amounts and at such times as specified in such letter agreement.
Certain Other Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent the other fee in the amounts and on the dates agreed to in writing by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Certain Other Fees. The Borrower shall pay the fees specified in that certain letter agreement, dated February 8, 2008, between the Borrower and the Lead Arranger, at such times and to such entities as specified in such letter agreement.
Certain Other Fees. (i) On the Effective Date, Borrowers shall pay to Administrative Agent (A) a loan administration fee equal to Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000), and (B) a loan valuation fee equal to Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), and (ii) on each anniversary of the Effective Date, if any Obligations (other than Unasserted Obligations) remain outstanding, Borrowers shall pay to Administrative Agent: (A) an annual loan administration fee equal to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), and (B) an annual loan valuation fee equal to Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000); and each installment of each such fee shall be fully earned when due.
