Certain Organizational Changes. No Loan Party may change its name, charter or other organizational number, form or jurisdiction of organization without at least fifteen (15) days prior written notice to the Agent (or such shorter period to which the Agent may agree) and taking such actions (including entering into supplemental documentation) as the Agent may reasonably request to maintain the perfection and priority of its security interest in the Collateral.
