Common use of Certain Meetings Clause in Contracts

Certain Meetings. The parties agree that, to facilitate oversight of the activities conducted pursuant to this Management Agreement and to maintain communication generally between the individuals who will be involved in supervising those activities, the Tribe or its designated representative and the Manager's principal individuals will meet at least monthly to review operations of the Facility and Enterprise and any current issues pertaining thereto.
