Certain Interpretive Matters and Definitions. Unless the context otherwise requires, (a) all references to Sections or Exhibits are to Sections or Exhibits of or to this Agreement, (b) each term defined in this Agreement has the meaning assigned to it, (c) "or" is disjunctive but not necessarily exclusive, and (d) words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. All references to "$" or dollar amounts are to lawful currency of the United States of America.
