Common use of Certain Benefits Clause in Contracts

Certain Benefits. Principal will be eligible to participate in all Principal benefit programs established by Employer that are applicable to management personnel such as medical, dental, travel insurance, pension, disability and life insurance plans (the "Benefits") on a basis commensurate with Principal's position and in accordance with Employer's policies from time to time. Employer agrees to provide Principal with all such Benefits whether Principal resides or is traveling in the United States of America, Canada, or elsewhere.
