Certain Actions by Indenture Trustee. Any action taken by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Article II in respect of the release of any or all of the Collateral will be taken by the Indenture Trustee as its interest in such Collateral may appear, and no provision of this Article II is intended to, or will, excuse compliance with any provision hereof.
