Central African Republic. The Central African Republic shall give the Agency advance notification of intended transfers of nuclear material subject to safeguards under this Agreement out of the Central African Republic, in accordance with the provisions set out in Part II of this Agreement. The Agency shall terminate safeguards on nuclear material under this Agreement when the recipient State has assumed responsibility therefor, as provided for in Part II of this Agreement. The Agency shall maintain records indicating each transfer and, where applicable, the re-application of safeguards to the transferred nuclear material. A r t i c l e 13 Provisions relating to nuclear material to be used in non-nuclear activities Where nuclear material subject to safeguards under this Agreement is to be used in non-nuclear activities, such as the production of alloys or ceramics, the Central African Republic shall agree with the Agency, before the material is so used, on the circumstances under which the safeguards on such material may be terminated. NON-APPLICATION OF SAFEGUARDS TO NUCLEAR MATERIAL TO BE USED IN NON-PEACEFUL ACTIVITIES A r t i c l e 14 If the Central African Republic intends to exercise its discretion to use nuclear material which is required to be safeguarded under this Agreement in a nuclear activity which does not require the application of safeguards under this Agreement, the following procedures shall apply:
Central African Republic a) Regional Limitation of Liability IN FURTHERANCE OF THE GENERAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THE AGREEMENT, IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SOFTWARE AG, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE AG Cloud SERVICES EXCEED ANY FEES CUSTOMER PAYS TO SOFTWARE AG FOR THE ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE AG Cloud SERVICES. SOFTWARE AG DOES NOT AND CANNOT CONTROL THE FLOW OF DATA TO OR FROM SOFTWARE AG'S OR CUSTOMER'S NETWORK AND OTHER PORTIONS OF THE INTERNET. SUCH FLOW DEPENDS IN LARGE PART INTERNET SERVICES PROVIDED OR CONTROLLED BY THIRD PARTIES. AT TIMES, ACTIONS OR INACTIONS OF SUCH THIRD PARTIES CAN IMPAIR OR DISRUPT CUSTOMER'S CONNECTIONS TO THE INTERNET (OR PORTIONS THEREOF). SOFTWARE AG CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT SUCH EVENTS WILL NOT OCCUR. ACCORDINGLY, SOFTWARE AG DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO SUCH EVENTS. Damages for bodily injury (including death), and damage to real property and tangible personal property for which Software AG is legally liable are not subject to a cap on the amount of damages. Despite of the Limitation of Liability set forth in the Agreement, Software AG's Liability shall be unlimited in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Central African Republic. ‌ Preparatory assistance for the inscription of The forest and the residential encampments of the Aka Pygmies of the Central African Republic‌ The Aka Pygmies are considered the very first inhabitants of the Central African Republic. They live in the Mongoumba Forest, of Lobaye. A preparatory assistance mission, under the framework of the France-UNESCO Cooperation Agreement, was undertaken from 4 to 14 December 2007, at the request of the Central African Republic, to assist the State Party in the preparation of a nomination. It allowed an analysis of the property and identified stakeholders that could ensure its management. The expert identified certain issues requiring further improvement or specification, such as the description of the property and justification of the selected criteria. A workshop was organised on the property’s Outstanding Universal Value, in order to rediscuss the criteria initially proposed for nomination. The forest and the residential encampments of the Aka Pygmies of the Central African Republic were inscribed on the Tentative List in 2006, but there was no follow up to this activity.
