Cellular Telephone Allowance. The Company (and/or its Subsidiaries) ---------------------------- shall provide a cellular phone to the Executive during the term of this Agreement, to be used by the Executive as necessary for the business of the Company (and/or its Subsidiaries), and for incidental personal use. In addition, the Company (and/or its Subsidiaries) shall pay all charges associated with the Executive's use of the cellular telephone for the business of the Company (and/or its Subsidiaries) upon submission of itemized receipts therefore. Payment and/or provision of the aforesaid allowance (the "Cell Phone Allowance") shall be subject to any applicable Tax Withholdings and/or Employee Deductions. The Executive shall be responsible for all income taxes imposed on the Executive by reason of the Cell Phone Allowance.
Cellular Telephone Allowance. 1. Effective July 1, 2017, the City will begin phasing out Cellular Telephone Allowance.
Cellular Telephone Allowance. Manager shall receive a cellular phone allowance of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00), payable per pay period same as all other applicable employees of the City and shall be responsible for obtaining a cellular phone for use in use in the performance of his duties. Manager shall accept responsibility for payment of any taxes on this benefit that may apply now or throughout the duration of this Agreement.
Cellular Telephone Allowance. The Board agrees to reimburse Child and Youth Counsellors up to $200 towards the annual costs of a cellular telephone upon proof of activation by the employee which is pro-rated based on the employee’s FTE. The Board may provide cellular telephones in lieu of the allowance to Social Workers/Attendance Counsellors to support them in the performance of their duties.
Cellular Telephone Allowance. The Corporation shall cover the cost of a cellular phone for the Executive during the term of this Agreement. In addition, the Corporation shall pay all charges associated with the Executive’s use of the cellular telephone for the business of the Corporation upon submission of itemized receipts therefore. Payment and/or provision of the aforesaid allowance (the "Cell Phone Allowance"); and
Cellular Telephone Allowance. Administrators that are required to possess cellular telephones will be reimbursed forty-five ($45) dollars per month. It is at the discretion of the Superintendent as to whether a cellular telephone is needed. Reimbursement will be made bi-annually during the months of June and December.

City Administrator’s duties require the City Administrator to have, use and access a cellular telephone for unrestricted communication for City business, at all times during the City Administrator's employment with City. City agrees to pay to City Administrator, during the term of this Contract and in addition to other salary and benefits herein provided, the sum of one-hundred dollars ($100.00) per month as a cellular telephone allowance. City Administrator shall acquire and maintain a cellular telephone during the term of this Contract, which shall be available for City Administrator's exclusive and unrestricted use in the performance of his duties hereunder. City Administrator shall be responsible for paying for all expenses attendant to the purchase, operation, maintenance, insurance, repair, and regular replacement of said cellular telephone. City Administrator's telephone may be subject to public record requests.
