CELL PHONE USE. Personal cell phones shall not be used for personal business during work hours (excluding scheduled rest periods).
CELL PHONE USE. Teachers shall have personal cell phones on silent or vibrate mode during student contact time and shall refrain from using them except in cases of emergency.
CELL PHONE USE. The Company agrees to provide a Company issued cell phone for business use for Road Supervisors. If no Company cell phone is provided, at no point will company require the employee to use their own personal cell phone and shall not be disciplined for failing to use personal cell phone during working hours.
CELL PHONE USE. The use of cell phones is permitted on campus with the following exceptions: during structured study hall, break meetings and any other required appointments. The use of cell phones in a class is only allowed under the direction of the teacher. It is each student’s responsibility to demonstrate respect for others and insure that their cell phone does not interfere, interrupt or distract at any school meeting or function.
CELL PHONE USE. The Company shall not require any employee covered by this Agreement to use their personal cell phone in the course of performing their job duties. In the event the Company does require the use of a personal cell phone in an emergency while on duty with both radio channels inoperative, the Company shall compensate the employee one half (1/2) of his or her hourly wage rate for its use per day.
CELL PHONE USE. The district will contribute $480 per year toward professional use of personal cell phones for each principal.
CELL PHONE USE. The use of cell phones for personal calls is prohibited in the workplace. Employees shall be allowed to use their cell phone during break periods. Cell phones may be used to contact Hino Technical Assistance with prior authorization.
CELL PHONE USE. No employee shall be permitted to use a personal cell phone or smart phone during working hours excluding rest and meal breaks except in case of emergency. Repeated violations of the foregoing to be dealt with through the recognized discipline procedures including just cause for termination.
CELL PHONE USE. Operators of passenger vehicles include Coach Operators, Mechanics, Fuelers, and Utility personnel. Violations of this Section may be grounds for immediate termination.
CELL PHONE USE a. Student cell phones are to be off and out-of-sight during school hours and events unless otherwise directed by a teacher or district personnel.
