Cease Payment Upon Exclusion. MA Plan shall immediately cease making all payments to Dentist for Covered Services provided to MA Members by Excluded Persons as described in Section 1.19 as of the date Dentist, or any Affiliated Party or Downstream Entity employed by Dentist has been excluded from participation under Medicare as determined by CMS.
