CDF Detailed Financial Plan. The Permitted Designee shall develop, adopt, and implement a detailed financial plan in accordance with the MCC Reporting Guidelines, setting forth funding requirements for each of the Government-Contracted Activities (including administrative costs), broken down to the sub-activity level (or lower, where appropriate), and projected both on a commitment and cash requirement basis (as supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “CDF Detailed Financial Plan”).
