CCPS Surveys. To aid in the program evaluation/assessment process, the District will utilize parent and student climate surveys annually in any school year that this contract is in effect. Surveys will be reviewed with the principal, parent representative (as approved by the principal), Site Supervisor/Program Director, and Provider, if applicable. Please note CCPS reserves the right to offer climate surveys electronically. Surveys attached hereto are sample templates that may change at any time and are given for informational purposes.
