Cause; Voluntary Termination. If the Executive’s employment shall be terminated for Cause or the Executive voluntarily terminates his employment during the Transition Period, the Company shall be required only to pay to the Executive (i) his Base Salary as provided in Section 5(a), and (ii) the Other Benefits (as defined in Section 6), in each case to the extent theretofore unpaid.
