Cause for Discipline. The Medical Center shall have the right to discipline, 25 suspend or terminate registered nurses for proper cause. A regular full-time, part-time 26 or resource registered nurse who feels they have been suspended, disciplined, or 27 terminated without proper cause may present a grievance for consideration under the 28 grievance procedure.
