Categories of Service. 1. The following areas of public health service shall annually constitute the Service (this shall not include any elements of the activities listed below that are currently undertaken by either Council‟s employees who are not engaged within the Public Health Service).
Categories of Service. 3. The following areas of the HB SNT Service shall constitute the Service, and will be provided by Harrow (in its role as partnership shared services provider). It is accepted by both Parties that during the Agreement period there may be agreed variations to services in accordance with Clause 20. Corporate and Governance • Formal advice within the area of professional expertise of HB SNT Services to Xxxxx Council Officers, Council, Cabinet, Committees and other decision making bodies of Harrow or Xxxxx; • Formal advice to Xxxxx officers through agreed and secure protocols; Statutory Services Harrow shall provide the Service in accordance with all relevant primary and secondary Legislation including but not limited to the Education Act 1996, Education and Inspections Act 2006 and the Equality Act 2010.

The category of supervision required for each individual Child placed with the Contractor through the Placing Agency will be stated in an ICPR sent by the Placing Agency to the Contractor at the time the Child is placed with the Contractor. The Contractor may request a review of the category of supervision as outlined in 000 XXX 0-00-00 and 31. The then-current current Attachment 1 will control. Counseling or therapy services per Section 4.C. may be billed under this Contract only pursuant to a referral separate from the ICPR.

Categories of Service. Each Council shall annually determine and specify the Public Health Services to be provided in their respective areas (the Commissioning Requirements) for the stated year taking account of the Public Health Outcomes Framework, guidance issued by the Department of Health, the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment for the area and population and the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy The Commissioning Requirements for the shared public health service will be split into Barnet and Harrow to ensure transparency for each borough’s public health budget. The Commissioning Requirements shall specify and distinguish between the following categories : mandatory services additional services excluded services The annual Commissioning Requirements for each borough shall also specify the performance outcomes and targets to be achieved. Staff costs for the shared public health service will be split between the Parties based on the annually agreed schedule of staffing costs submitted as part of the annual Commissioning Requirements in accordance with Appendix 2 of this Agreement. The annual Commissioning Requirements shall include a projection of the related staffing costs, contract costs and overhead costs. The draft Barnet Commissioning Requirements must be submitted to the Harrow at a time consistent with the overall budget and Council Tax setting arrangements of each Party. Based on the draft Commissioning Requirements of both Councils the host borough will calculate the cost of hosting and delivering the service annually. The annual total cost of delivering the public health service Commissioning Requirements for each Borough must cost no more than the allocated funding made available by the respective Borough. During any financial year either Council may request the provision of additional Commissioning Requirements provided that adequate financial resources are identified within current budgetary provision or additional identified financial resources are made available.
