Categories of Individuals. Veterans who have applied for or have received VA health care benefits under Title 38, United States Code, Chapter 17; Veterans’ spouses and other dependents as provided for in other provisions of Title 38, United States Code.
Categories of Individuals. The categories of individuals whose information is involved in the matching program include, but are not limited to, those individuals who have applied for Lifeline and/or EBBP benefits; are currently receiving Lifeline and/or EBBP benefits; are individuals who enable another individual in their household to qualify for Lifeline and/or EBBP benefits; are minors whose status qualifies a parent or guardian for Lifeline and/or EBBP benefits; or are individuals who have received Lifeline and/or EBBP benefits.
Categories of Individuals. The categories of individuals whose information is involved in the matching program is all members and retirees of the DoD and all of the Uniformed Services, and DoD beneficiaries (e.g., dependent family members, legal guardians and other protectors and prior military members eligible for Department of Veterans Affairs benefits).

The individuals about who SSA maintains information that are involved in this matching program include those who receive benefits from SSA under Title II of the Social Security Act.

Veterans who apply for training and employers who apply for approval of their programs under the provisions of the Service Members Occupational Conversion and Training Act of 1992, Public Law 102- 484. Representatives of individuals covered by the system. Fee personnel who may be paid by the VA which includes caregivers.
