Common use of Casual Employee Clause in Contracts

Casual Employee. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03 (A)(1) shall be paid two (2) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named day. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(2), shall be paid two and one-half (2.5) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named day.

Casual Employee. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed as set forth in this Article 39.03 (A)(1) shall be paid two (2) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named day. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(2), shall be paid two time and one-half (2.5) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay.

Casual Employee. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03 (A)(1clause 30.08(a) shall be paid two (2) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(2), clause 30.08 (b) shall be paid two and one-half point five (2.5) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay.

Casual Employee. Casual Employee. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(236.03 (B), shall be paid two and one-one half (2.5) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay.

Casual Employee. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03 (A)(139.03(A)(a) shall be paid two one and a half (21.5) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(239.03(A)(b), shall be paid two and one-half (2) times her rate of pay. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(c), shall be paid two point five (2.5) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay.

Casual Employee. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03 (A)(137.03(A)(1) shall be paid two (2) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(237.03(A)(2), shall be paid two and one-a half (2.5) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay.

Casual Employee. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03 (A)(139.03(A)(1) shall be paid two one and half (21.5) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named day. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(2), shall be paid two (2) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and one-half 2400 hours on the named day. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(3), shall be paid two point five (2.5) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named day.

A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(239.03(A)(b), shall be paid two and one-half point five (2.5) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay.

A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03 37.03 (A)(1) shall be paid two one and one-half (21½) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(237.03(A)(2), shall be paid two and one-half (2.52) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay.

Casual Employee. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03 38.03 (A)(1) shall be paid two (2) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(238.03(A)(2), shall be paid two and one-half (2.5) 2.5 times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay.

Casual Employee. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03 (A)(1) 27.04 shall be paid two (2) times her their rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 39.03(A)(2), 27.05 shall be paid of two and one-half (2.5) times her their rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named daypay.

Casual Employee.
