Common use of Cashflow Report Clause in Contracts

Cashflow Report. Each Obligor represents and warrants to the Lender on the date of this Agreement and on the date it delivers a Cashflow Report that each Cashflow Report was prepared by the Borrower's management and represents the good faith belief as to the probable course of the Obligors’ business and financial affairs over the periods shown therein, subject to the assumptions stated therein. Each Obligor shall, and shall procure that each of its Subsidiaries shall, use proceeds of the Advances only to pay such expenses set forth in each Cashflow Report, as and when such expenses payable in accordance with each Cashflow Report. The Borrower will not be entitled to request, and the Lender shall not be required to make, any Advances except in accordance with this Section 2.2 and otherwise subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
