Cash Operating Costs. A. Direct Costs ------------ Operator shall charge Company with the following items but only to the extent such charges are incurred in the operation and maintenance of Facilities and in any other activities required of the Operator pursuant to the Agreement and then, only that portion thereof that is attributable to work and/or time allocated on a proportional basis to the Facilities if the work performed can in any way benefit pipelines operated by Operator other than the Facilities:
