Cash from Operations. All cash receipts of the Company, minus all cash expenditures of the Company, including without limitation principal payments on indebtedness of the Company. Code. Cash from Operations. Except as otherwise provided in Section 13, Cash From Operations with respect to each calendar year shall be distributed to each class of unit from the Assets funded by that class of unit. No class of unit will receive Distributions from the operations of any unit of Assets not funded or associated with that class of unit. Distributions within each class of unit will be distributed to the Members of their respective class of unit in proportion to their Percentage Interests within their class of unit.
Cash from Operations. Except as otherwise provided in Section 13, Cash From Operations with respect to each calendar year shall be distributed as follows:
Cash from Operations. (a) Available Cash with respect to any calendar quarter that is deemed to be Cash from Operations pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.3 or 5.7 shall be distributed to the Partners or retained by the Partnership as follows:
Cash from Operations. Cash from Operations will be distributed as follows: (i) 100% to the Members until the Members have received their Priority Return; and (ii) the balance, to be shared by the Members and the Manager in proportion to the Residuary Sharing Ratio.
Cash from Operations. Except as otherwise provided in Section 12, Distributable Cash From Operations with respect to each fiscal year shall be distributed to the Members in the following order of priority:

Cash from Operations. Except as provided in Section 5.2 and as otherwise provided in Section 13, Distributable Cash with respect to each calendar year shall be distributed .0001% to the General Partner and the balance to the Limited Partners in proportion to their Class A Units.
Cash from Operations. Unless otherwise provided herein, Cash From Operations shall be distributed to the Partners as follows:
Cash from Operations. Distributable Funds arising from Cash from Operations shall be distributed to the Members in proportion to their Percentage Interests.
