Cash Flow. The Contractor shall maintain sufficient cash flow and liquidity to meet obligations as they become due. The Contractor shall submit to EOHHS upon request a cash flow statement to demonstrate compliance with this requirement and a statement of its projected cash flow for a period specified by EOHHS.
