Common use of Cash Dividends Clause in Contracts

Cash Dividends. If the Company declares and pays a dividend or distribution on shares of the Company’s Common Stock in the form of cash, then the Grantee shall be credited, as of the payment date for such dividend or distribution, with an amount equal to (A) the amount of such dividend on each outstanding share of Common Stock, multiplied by (B) the Restricted Units that may still vest under this Agreement as of the record date for such dividend or distribution.

Cash Dividends. If the Company declares and pays a dividend or distribution on shares of the Company’s Common Stock in the form of cash, then the Grantee shall be credited, as of the payment date for such dividend or distribution, credited with an amount equal to (A) the amount of such dividend on each outstanding share of Common Stock, multiplied by (B) the Restricted Maximum Amount of Performance Units that may still vest under this Agreement as of the record date for such dividend or distribution.
