Common use of Cash Consideration Clause in Contracts

Cash Consideration. The sum of Twenty Eight Million One Hundred Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine and 90/100 Dollars ($28,103,859.90) (including the Deposit), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.3(c), Section 2.3(f), and Article 9, shall be deposited into escrow with the Escrow Agent by wire transfer of immediately available funds and released to Sellers at the Closing.

Cash Consideration. The sum of Twenty Eight Million One Hundred Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine and 90/100 Dollars ($28,103,859.90) (including 28,103,859.90)(including the Deposit), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.3(c), Section 2.3(f), and Article 9, shall be deposited into escrow with the Escrow Agent by wire transfer of immediately available funds and released to Sellers at the Closing.

Cash Consideration. The sum of Twenty Twenty-Two Million Eight Million One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine and 90/100 90/100s Dollars ($28,103,859.9022,853,859.90) (including the Deposit), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.3(c), Section 2.3(f)Article 9, and Article 9Section 13.1, shall be deposited into escrow with the Escrow Agent by wire transfer of immediately available funds and released to Sellers at the Closing.

Cash Consideration. The sum of Twenty Eight Eleven Million One Five Hundred Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine and 90/100 00/100 Dollars ($28,103,859.9011,500,000.00) (including the Depositportion of the Deposit which is a credit against the Purchase Price), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.3(c), Section 2.3(f), and Article 9, shall be deposited into escrow with the Escrow Agent by wire transfer of immediately available funds and released to Sellers at the Closing.

The sum of Twenty Eight Five Million One Four Thousand Nine Hundred Three Thousand Eight Hundred FiftySeventy-Nine Seven and 90/100 64/100s Dollars ($28,103,859.905,004,977.64) (including the DepositDeposit and Extension Fee (if applicable)), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.3(c), Section 2.3(f), and Article 9, shall be deposited into escrow with the Escrow Agent by wire transfer of immediately available funds and released to Sellers Seller at the Closing.

The sum of Twenty Eight Twenty-One Million One Six Hundred Three Fifty Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine and 90/100 00/100s Dollars ($28,103,859.9021,650,000.00) (including the Deposit), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.3(c), Section 2.3(f), Article 9 and in Article 913, shall be deposited into escrow with the Escrow Agent by wire transfer of immediately available funds and released to Sellers at the Closing.
