Common use of Cash Bonuses Clause in Contracts

Cash Bonuses. (i) Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s Cash Bonus Plan as set forth on Schedule 1 for 2023. Employee’s participation in such Plan will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof. The performance goals applicable to such participation will be consistent with those applicable to other employees at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

Cash Bonuses. (i) Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s Cash Bonus Plan as set forth on Schedule 1 for 2023through each of December 31, 2009 and December 31, 2010. Employee’s participation in such Plan will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof. The performance goals standards applicable to such participation cash bonus will be consistent with those applicable to other employees at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

Cash Bonuses. (i) Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s Cash Bonus Plan cash bonus plans as set forth on Schedule 1 for 2023through December 31, 2005. Employee’s participation in such Plan the plans, including as to any vesting for partial calendar years, will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereofof the plans. The performance goals standards applicable to such participation cash bonuses will be consistent with the same as those applicable to other employees executives at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

Cash Bonuses. (i) As of the Commencement Date, Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s 2006 Cash Bonus Plan as set forth on Schedule 1 for 2023through December 31, 2007. Employee’s participation in such Plan this Plan, including as to any vesting for partial calendar years, will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereofof the Plan. The performance goals standards applicable to such participation cash bonuses will be consistent with the same as those applicable to other employees executives at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

Employee’s participation in such Plan the plans will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereofof the plans. The performance goals standards applicable to such participation cash bonuses will be consistent with the same as those applicable to other employees at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

Employee’s participation in such Plan will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof. The performance goals applicable to such participation will be consistent with those applicable to other employees at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

Cash Bonuses. (i) Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s Cash Bonus Plan as set forth on Schedule 1 for 20232022. Employee’s participation in such Plan will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof. The performance goals applicable to such participation will be consistent with those applicable to other employees at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

(i) Employee shall be entitled to continue to participate in the Company’s Cash Bonus Plan as set forth on Schedule 1 for 2023the period from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011 and from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. Employee’s participation in such Plan will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof. The performance goals standards applicable to such participation cash bonus will be consistent with those applicable to other employees at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

Cash Bonuses. (i) Employee shall be entitled to continue to participate in the Company’s Cash Bonus Plan as set forth on Schedule 1 for 20232015 and 2016. Employee’s participation in such Plan will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof. The performance goals applicable to such participation cash bonus will be consistent with those applicable to other employees at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

(i) Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s Cash Bonus Plan through each of December 31, 2009 and December 31, 2010 with respect to the same percentage of eligible earnings target bonus potential as set forth on Schedule 1 applicable for 20232009. Employee’s participation in such Plan will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof. The performance goals standards applicable to such participation cash bonus will be consistent with those applicable to other employees at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

Employee’s participation in such Plan will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof. The performance goals applicable to such participation cash bonus will be consistent with those applicable to other employees at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.

(i) Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s Cash Bonus Plan for the period from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011 at Employee’s currently in effect target bonus potential and for the period from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 as set forth on in Schedule 1 for 20231. Employee’s participation in such Plan will be pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof. The performance goals standards applicable to such participation cash bonus will be consistent with those applicable to other employees at Employee’s level, taking into account Employee’s position and duties.
