Case Inventory Clause Samples
The Case Inventory clause defines the process for maintaining and updating a comprehensive list of all cases, matters, or files being handled under an agreement. Typically, this clause requires one or both parties to keep an up-to-date record of each case, including relevant details such as case numbers, parties involved, and current status, and may specify how and when this inventory should be shared or reviewed. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and organization, allowing both parties to track progress, manage workloads, and avoid disputes over the scope of work being performed.
