Carrier Selection. The Joint Committee on Insurance (JBC) will select the insurance carrier(s); if the JBC is unable to agree on the selection, the District shall select the insurance carrier(s).
Carrier Selection. Buyer will select the carrier and mode of transportation for all shipments where freight costs will be charged to Buyer.

Each Party shall provide the other Party with the capability to order separate interLATA and intraLATA carriers on a line or trunk (with line side treatment) basis when intraLATA toll carrier presubscription is implemented.
