Carrier Operations. (a) The Parties are authorized to exchange information on any matter within the scope of this Agreement, and to discuss and agree upon any and all operational and administrative functions related hereto, including but not limited to forecasting, stowage, claims, indemnities, conditions of carriage; provided however that the authority granted hereunder shall not include the authority to discuss or agree upon any of the following: (i) rates or charges in tariffs or service agreements; (ii) any pooling or apportionment of cargo, (iii) any pooling or division of revenues, expenses or earnings; (iv) rationalization of capacity; (v) any service contract matter; or (vi) a joint service.

Carrier Operations. (a) The Parties shall initially serve the Trade with the following port rotation: Houston, New Orleans, Jacksonville (Florida), Baltimore (quarterly calls only), Montreal*, Walvis Bay*, Cape Town*, Durban, Xxxxxxxx Bay, Maputo, Cape Town, Saldanha Bay*, Walvis Bay*, Mexican Port*, Houston; with ports marked * intended to subject to inducement and accepted for service at the discretion of the Parties. Changes to the port rotation or schedule shall be as determined pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Interim Operations The Company covenants and agrees as to itself and its Subsidiaries that, after the date hereof and prior to the Effective Time (unless Parent shall otherwise approve in writing and except as otherwise expressly contemplated by this Agreement):

  • System Operations Each party, at its own expense, shall provide and maintain the equipment, software, services and testing necessary to transmit Data Communications to, and receive Data Communications from the parties’ respective Receipt Computers.

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire. Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14. The cost of Purchaser’s actions, supplies, and equipment on any such fire provided pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, shall be credited toward such maximum. If Purchaser’s actual cost exceeds Purchaser’s obligation stated in A14, Forest Service shall reimburse Purchaser for the excess.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators. You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment (even if the Operator is the owner of the Equipment or owner of a company that owns the Equipment) and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.

  • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.
