Common use of Carried by Lessee Clause in Contracts

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSURED-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENT" and contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENT" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. The Policy shall not contain any intrainfra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "‘insured contract" ’ for the performance of Lessee's ’s indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSUREDAdditional insured-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENTManagers or Lessors of Premises Endorsement" and contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENTAmendment of the Pollution Exclusion Endorsement" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The Policy shall not contain any intrainter-insured exclusions as between insured persons xxxxxxx or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessorlessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, useuse occupancy, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSURED“Additional Insured-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENT" and Managers or Lessors of Premises Endorsement” contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENT" “Amendment of the Pollution Exclusion Endorsement” for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed , under this Lease as an "“insured contract" ” for the performance of Lessee's ’s indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance insured shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary prior to and not contributory with any similar insurance Insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "“insured contract" ” for the performance of Lessee's Lessee indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a Commercial General Liability Policy policy of Insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor (as an additional insured) against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon upon, involving or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 1,000,000 per occurrence ocurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSUREDAdditional Insured-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENTManagers or Lessors of Premises" Endorsement and contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENTAmendment of the Pollution Exclusion" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The Policy policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance required by this Lease as carried by Lessee shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance to be carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 5,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSUREDAdditional Insured-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENTManagers or Lessors of Premises Endorsement" and contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENTAmendment of the Pollution Exclusion Endorsement" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and (keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance protecting Lessee Les; and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage cover, in an amount not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSUREDAdditional Insured-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENTManagers or Lessors of Premises Endorsement" and Z contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENTAmendment of the Pollution Exclusion Endorsement" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The 1 Policy shall not contain any intrainfra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance insurer shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary prim; to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a Commercial General Liability Policy policy of Insurance insurance protecting Lessee, Lessor and any Lender(s) whose names have been provided to Lessee and Lessor in writing (as additional insureds) against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon upon, involving or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 1,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSURED-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENT" and contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENT" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fireoccurrence. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but policy shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured Insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance required by this Lease or as carried by Lessee shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance to be carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSURED-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENT" and contain obtain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENT" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance 5 shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. All insurance carried earned by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried earned by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 10,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSUREDAdditional Insured-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENTManagers or Lessors of Premises Endorsement" and contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENTAmendment of the Pollution Exclusion Endorsement" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to 10 and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.. (b)

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy policy of Insurance insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 1,000,000 per occurrence with an annual aggregate of not less than $2,000,000, an "ADDITIONAL INSUREDAdditional Insured-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENTManagers or Lessor of Premises Endorsement" and contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENTAmendment of the Pollution Exclusion Endorsement" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The Policy policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured Insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured -insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance Insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance Insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $$ 2,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSURED“Additional Insured-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENT" Managers or Lessors of Premises Endorsement” and contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENT" “Amendment of the Pollution Exclusion Endorsement” for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "‘insured contract" ’ for the performance of Lessee's ’s indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.. (b)

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSURED-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENT" and contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENT" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "`insured contract" ' for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 3,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSURED-INSURED -- MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENT" and contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENT" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance Insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only. Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Lease, and annually within thirty (30) days after each renewal date throughout the term of this Lease, Lessee shall deliver to Lessor evidence of Lessee's insurance coverages in accordance with the foregoing.

Carried by Lessee. Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability Policy of Insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000 10,000,000 per occurrence with an "ADDITIONAL INSURED-MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES ENDORSEMENT" and contain the "AMENDMENT OF THE POLLUTION EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENT" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire. The Policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Lessee's indemnity obligations under this Lease. The limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee nor relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. All insurance carried by Lessee shall be primary to and not contributory with any similar insurance carried by Lessor, whose insurance shall be considered excess insurance only.

Carried by Lessee.
